- Widening the sidewalk, 4ft buffer between vehicles and bikes, and 8ft bikeway, delineator between bikes and sidewalk 6 – 10 ft furnishings (lights/trees), and remaining 6ft for frontage, 12 to 15th (35ft currently)
- 2 lanes in each direction for transit and rail
- Most buses turn off by Hayes, 6/7 turns of at Haight, only F continues
- Design alternative between Hayes and Gough
- What else can happen around Market and Van Ness
- 10 years of collisions (60 crashes, 20 with walkers, 15, bike riders, 25 vehicle only)
- South Van Ness/Market no right turn access points (from S Van Ness or from Market to S Van Ness)
- Hayes to Franklin, one lane each way on Market (Transit, Paratransit)
- Delivery vehicles would turn off on Hayes
- East Bound restrictions until 10th, forced right turn current design
- 12th is the new proposed forced right turn — key is no access to Van Ness from Market
- .25 parking ratio for many of the devlopments at this intersection
- No right turn from Market to Valencia
- Gough and Franklin turns remain
